Hannah Vernon

Hannah is from Highland, Utah and started her training at the age of 8 at Jacqueline’s School of Ballet. She developed a love and passion for ballet as she trained under the instruction of Jacqueline Colledge, Heather Gray, and Brittnee Squires. Hannah joined Utah Metropolitan Ballet 2 in 2019 and was invited to train with Utah Metropolitan Ballet’s professional company as a trainee in 2021. In 2022 she joined UMB as an artist and is thrilled to be performing as a soloist for UMB’s 2023-2024 season. Hannah has competed in the Youth America Grand Prix competition and placed first in the senior classical category and third in the contemporary category at the 2022 semi-finals in Denver. She was invited to compete at the international finals in Florida in 2022. Hannah as enjoyed assisting classes for Jacqueline’s School of Ballet this last year and can’t wait to help more dancers learn and grow at JSB.
