Susan Stratford

Susan joined JSB as our new Office Manager in July of 2025. She has a BA in Communications from BYU and spent most of her professional life in Marketing and Event Management. Susan spent many years as a flautist for multiple productions, the Nutcracker being her all time favorite, leading to her interest in JSB. 

Susan loves hanging out with her 4 daughters and 6 grandchildren (all boys!). She is grateful for her electric bike that allows her to bike her favorite trails, and enjoys hiking with her dogs. She also enjoys traveling, pickleball, baking, organizing things, and throwing over the top family parties. She loves movies and is known by family and friends as a pop culture trivia expert.

Susan loves the creative environment here at JSB and playing mental Name that Tune to all of the piano accompaniments she hears from the front desk.
