SUMMER INTENSIVE WORKSHOP
JUNE 22 – JULY 31, 2026
(June 29-July 3rd off)
A five week comprehensive summer intensive offering training in multiple dance styles while emphasizing a strong classical foundation, conditioning, and artistry. Students in our advanced levels will train with internationally recognized guest teachers and Jacqueline Colledge, JSB founder and some of our JSB faculty.
Class Styles Include
Ballet Technique, Pointe, Variations, Contemporary, Modern, Jazz, Musical Theater, Hip-Hop, Conditioning, Stretch & Strength, Yoga, African Dance, Pas de Deux, Dance History, and Music.
ADVANCED DIVISION
RECOMMENDED FOR:
- JSB Pro-Track students
- UMB 2, Pro-1, Pro-2, Pro-3, Level 5 & 6
- Outside students will need to audition for placement
SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday
Three classes daily between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
SAMPLE SCHEDULE:
- 8:30–10:00 Ballet Technique
- 10:15–11:30 Pointe / Variations / Repertory
- 12:00–1:00 Contemporary / Musical Theater / Conditioning / Pas de Deux
- Full 5-Week Tuition: $2,000
- Weekly: $450
- July 20-23 (short week): $360

JUNIOR DIVISION – INTERMEDIATE
RECOMMENDED FOR:
JSB Levels 3–6, Pre-Pro, Pro Track 1, and dancers seeking Pro-Track consideration
Outside students will need to audition for placement
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday
11:00 PM – 12:15 PM Ballet Technique
12:15 PM – 1:00 PM Pointe Prep or Contemporary, Jazz, Musical Theater and Variations
FOCUS:
- Intermediate ballet technique
- Stretch & strength or pointe preparation
- Exposure to contemporary, jazz, musical theater & variations
- Full 5-Week Tuition: $1,100
- Weekly: $240

COLLEGIATE GROUP
For college-level or professional dancers ages 18+ training alongside Jacqueline’s School of Ballet and Utah Metropolitan Ballet dancers. Please contact for more information Audition placement required.
IMPORTANT SCHEDULE NOTES:
- No classes: June 29 – July 3
- Short week: July 20 – July 23 (Monday–Thursday)
AUDITIONS
Current Jacqueline’s School of Ballet students do not need to audition and will enroll based on their current class placement, as determined by JSB faculty recommendations.
Outside students must audition for placement through a video audition or an in-person audition on March 28, 2026.
